Terms of Service

In short: is a practice tool. The people you talk to are AI, their answers and your notes can be wrong, the subscription is sold by Apple or Google and you can cancel it any time, and fair use is up to an hour a day.

1. The service

lets you practice speaking English at work: job interviews and team meetings with AI voices playing your colleagues or interviewers, followed by notes on what you said. It is run by , based in ("we", "us"). By using the app or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use it

You need to be at least 16 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

3. AI, not people

• Everyone in a session other than you is an AI voice. The companies, people and situations in the scenarios are made up.
• What they say, and the notes you get, are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. They are practice material, not professional, legal, immigration or career advice, and they don't predict how a real interview or meeting will go.

4. Your account, free sessions and the subscription

• You sign in with your email. Each account gets a small number of free sessions. After that, you need a subscription to keep practicing.
• The subscription is bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, at the price the store shows. It renews automatically every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings, at least 24 hours before it renews; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
• Every account, free or paid, can use up to one hour of sessions per day. We may change limits or features, and will say so in the app or on our website before a change that reduces what you paid for.
• Your account is for you. Don't share it. We may suspend an account that is shared widely or used to abuse the service.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your store settings first.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to generate harmful content, to overload or attack our systems, or to get around the limits above. Don't copy, resell or rebuild the service or its scenarios.

6. Your content

What you say is yours. You give us permission to process it only to run your sessions and write your notes, as described in our privacy policy. The app, its scenarios, design and text belong to us.

7. Availability

Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times, including when our AI or hosting providers are down. We do our best to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we shut the service down, we will stop renewals and say so in the app and on our website at least 30 days before.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of , without taking away consumer protections that apply where you live.
